StampShot is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect minimal data:
- Google Account Information: If you choose to use the Cloud Sync feature, we request access to your Google Drive and Google Sheets to store your photos and metadata. This data is stored directly in your own Google account. We do not store this data on our own servers.
- Local Data: Photos and metadata are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly enable Cloud Sync.
3. How We Use Your Data
The permissions requested for Google Drive and Google Sheets are strictly used to:
- Upload your stamp images to a dedicated folder in your Google Drive.
- Store and retrieve your stamp metadata (titles, dates, collections) from a specific Google Sheet created by the app.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. All your synced data remains within your personal Google account ecosystem.
