By using the StampShot application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
StampShot is a digital journaling app that transforms your photos into aesthetic digital stamps, allowing you to organize them into collections and view them on a calendar. The app offers optional cloud synchronization using your personal Google account.
3. Cloud Synchronization
If you opt-in to use the Cloud Sync feature:
- You grant the app permission to read, write, and modify files within a specific folder in your Google Drive and a specific Google Sheet created by the app.
- We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or unintended modification of data stored on your Google Drive. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your important data.
4. Intellectual Property
The photos and content you create and store using StampShot remain your intellectual property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
